It's Sold LLC ("It's Sold," "we," "us," or "our") is a real estate investment and direct-buyer company operating in New York and Connecticut.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us: the property address and details, your name, phone number, email, and any notes you add to our forms. We also collect basic site analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type, and marketing attribution parameters like UTM tags) to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate your property, prepare a direct as-is cash review, and follow up. If you close a transaction with us, we may share information with title companies, attorneys, and closing agents involved in that transaction.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share your contact details with unrelated third-party marketers. Your information stays with It's Sold and the parties directly involved in helping you understand or complete a sale.

Calls, texts, and email

When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that It's Sold may contact you by phone, SMS, and email — including autodialed and pre-recorded calls — about your property and a direct cash review. Consent is not a condition of any sale or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any SMS to opt out, or email us to opt out entirely.

Your rights
